The essence of the 4-dimensional glory is for the 5th dimension which is the channel through which glory is released to others
Scriptural text for the 4-Dimensional Glory
[But what of that?] For I consider that the sufferings of this present time (this present life) are not worth being compared with the glory that is about to be revealed to us and in us and[a]for us and[b]conferred on us!
The glory revealed to us, in us, for us and conferred on us is so that His wonders might be seen through us
This month (June 2021) has been about glory, which is intended to make us the manifestation of the signs and wonders from the Lord
The release of the 4-dimensional glory is so that His love, compassion, grace, mercy and who He is might be revealed through us
God performs signs and wonders through us. We become His vessels unto honour and glory, as the heavens declare His glory
What brings this glory
If God’s glory were to shine through us, we must be one like Christ
“And if we are [His] children, then we are [His] heirs also: heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ [sharing His inheritance with Him]; only we must share His suffering if we are to share His glory.”
Romans 8:17 AMPC
Becoming like Christ is to shine forth the glory of God
“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God's] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light (light brings glory Isaiah 60:1) [Exod. 19:5, 6.]”
1 Peter 2:9 AMPC
Shining forth this glory is to exemplify and become like Christ in His mandate as described in Isaiah 61:1-7 but we will concentrate on verses 1-3
We are to carry out this mandate as we have shared in His glory
Isaiah 60:1
“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the Lord has anointed and commissioned me To bring good news to the humble and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up [the wounds of] the brokenhearted, To proclaim release [from confinement and condemnation] to the [physical and spiritual] captives And freedom to prisoners,
From the passage above, we can see that the glory conferred upon us is for the following
To bring good news to the poor
To bind up the broken-hearted
To proclaim release and freedom from condemnation to prisoners. We are not to add to the burden of others by proclaiming condemnation but to encourage and empower them to be free from burdens because the glory has set us free. We have become a city set on a hill that must shine for all to see, becoming that beacon of hope to bring others to the saviour
Isaiah 60:2-3
To proclaim the favourable year of the Lord, And the day of vengeance and retribution of our God, To comfort all who mourn,
To grant to those who mourn in Zion the following: To give them a turban instead of dust [on their heads, a sign of mourning], The oil of joy instead of mourning, The garment [expressive] of praise instead of a disheartened spirit. So they will be called the trees of righteousness [strong and magnificent, distinguished for integrity, justice, and right standing with God], The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.”
From the passage above we deduce that our mandate also includes
4. to proclaim the year of the favour of the Lord bringing hope to people
5. To show forth our God as the fair judge of all who will fight the cause of the fatherless,
widow and the weak or powerless
6. To comfort instead of adding to the distress of those who mourn by helping them to
rise from their mournful state, giving joy and encouragement every where we go,
7. To help people in their self-identity in Christ as the tree of righteousness, the planting of
the Lord, the people that are created to bring glory to God
8. We are to bring people to experience the glory we have experienced.
Let’s remind ourselves of the connections and wonders we enjoy because God has glorified us
“And those whom He thus foreordained, He also called; and those whom He called, He also justified (acquitted, made righteous, putting them into right standing with Himself). And those whom He justified, He also glorified [raising them to a heavenly dignity and condition or state of being].”
Romans 8:30 AMPC
What happens when you are glorified
No one can be against you (No hatred) verse 31-32
“What then shall we say to [all] this? If God is for us, who [can be] against us? [Who can be our foe, if God is on our side?] [Ps. 118:6.] He who did not withhold or spare [even] His own Son but gave Him up for us all, will He not also with Him freely and graciously give us all [other] things?
No one can bring any charge against you (No fault-finding) verse 33
Who shall bring any charge against God's elect [when it is] God Who justifies [that is, Who puts us in right relation to Himself? Who shall come forward and accuse or impeach those whom God has chosen? Will God, Who acquits us?]
No one can condemn you (passing judgement and sentencing) verse 34
Who is there to condemn [us]? Will Christ Jesus (the Messiah), Who died, or rather Who was raised from the dead, Who is at the right hand of God actually pleading as He intercedes for us?
You are forever bound to the Lord (serving sentence) verse 35
Who shall ever separate us from Christ's love? Shall suffering and affliction and tribulation? Or calamity and distress? Or persecution or hunger or destitution or peril or sword?
You are always on top (discharge and acquitted) verse 37
Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us.”
Romans 8:31-35, 37 AMPC
So if we are truly enjoying these benefits from the glory revealed to us, in us, for us and conferred on us, we must shine forth for all to see.
Today we need to go out and look for
The poor we are sent to bring good news to
The broken-hearted we are to bind up
Captives we are to proclaim release and freedom from condemnation.
Those who mourn that we are to comfort, encourage and empower
The more we dispense this glory, comfort, grace and joy the more we increase in glory.
Our experience as children of God is From one level of glory to another
“We can all draw close to him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus. We are being transfigured into his very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.”
2 Corinthians 3:18 TPT
The more we show forth our good works, the more the father is glorified
Future glory
“Now, I encourage you as an elder, an eyewitness of the sufferings of Christ, and one who shares in the glory that is about to be unveiled. I urge my fellow elders among you”
1 Peter 5:1 TPT
Everything now is incomplete
“Our present knowledge and our prophecies are but partial,”
1 Corinthians 13:9 TPT
“For now we see but a faint reflection of riddles and mysteries as though reflected in a mirror, but one day we will see face-to-face. My understanding is incomplete now, but one day I will understand everything, just as everything about me has been fully understood.”
1 Corinthians 13:12 TPT
“And when Christ, who is your life, is revealed to the whole world, you will share in all his glory.”
Colossians 3:4 NLT
Prayer
“May the glory of the Lord continue forever! The Lord takes pleasure in all he has made!”
Psalms 104:31 NLT
May the Lord continue to take pleasure in us as we increase in well-doing to the glory of His name
Confessions of shining forth the glory of God
•I am becoming more like Christ as I shine forth the glory of God
•I am a dispenser of God’s glory as I bring the good news to the poor, bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to the captives, comfort those who mourn and help others in the discovery of their identity in Christ.
•As a result of God’s glory upon me, I am beyond condemnation, I cannot be separated from Christ and I am more than a conqueror
•As I am being transfigured into His image, I move from one brighter level of glory to another
